[lworld] Add JIT support for NULLABLE_NON_ATOMIC_FLAT layout

      After JDK-8374800, the JVM add a new kind of layout: NULLABLE_NON_ATOMIC_FLAT.
      JIT support to read from and write to flat values using this layout is required to enable this layout globally.
