Remove test dependencies on ReferenceQueue$Lock in preparation for JDK-8376477

      JDK-8376477 suggests removing the ReferenceQueue$Lock and Shutdown$Lock classes.

      There are some tests which uses these classes as examples or otherwise depend on their existence. These should be updated to not depend on the lock names before we proceeed with JDK-8376477
