MethodHandles.dropCoordinates(...) does not specify exception on void.class argument

      The `MethodHandles.dropCoordinates(VH,int,Class...)` does not specify the exception thrown when passing a void.class instance.
      The specification should be improved to mention this case, similar to how `MethodHandles.dropArguments(...)` already does it.
