Create automated test for PageRange

      During code review for JDK-8297191, I wrote an automated test PageRangesAuto.java that I used in addition to existing java/awt/print/PrinterJob/PageRanges.java.

      The automatic test fails without the fix for JDK-8297191 and passes with it.
