[lworld] CompiledEntrySignature::initialize_from_fingerprint() looks broken

      AFAICT, CompiledEntrySignature::initialize_from_fingerprint() computes identical _sig_cc and _sig_cc_ro but they should be different for virtual methods of value classes.
