cannot update java 17 to java 21

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      every time i manually update java 17 to Java 21 it pops an error code 1603 and i dont know what that means

      REGRESSION : Java version that customer using for 17



      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      1.boot java
      2. manualy go to update java
      3. press update
