        After closing JDK-8368880 and JDK-8368883, the problem-list entry for the java/security/Signature/SignatureLength.java test refers to a closed bug id. Update the bud id to JDK-8378546 which is used to track removing the test from the problem list once the Solaris issue is resolved.
