      After closing https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8368880 and https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8368883, the problem-list entry for the sun/security/pkcs11/ec tests refers to a closed bug id. Update the bug id to https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8378546 which is used to track removing the test from the problem list once the Solaris issue is resolved.
