      File test/lib-test/jdk/test/lib/jittester/MethodTemplateTest.java uses TestNG API.

      It should be converted to JUnit Jupiter API instead.

      Issue https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8313612 originally addressed tests under lib-test/jdk - MethodTemplateTest.java was introduced later. Therefore, the TEST.ROOT configuration for lib-test should disallow `@run testng` actions.
