jpackage: fix bug in DottedVersion.greedy() function

      For the "1.2.3+ea" string, the DottedVersion.greedy() function returns an instance whose DottedVersion#getUnprocessedSuffix() returns ".3+ea". The expected value is "+ea".

      The issue has always been there. Didn't cause any trouble. Revealed while working on JDK-8357404.
