Compact the Unicode/CLDR version tables

      The Unicode version table in java.lang.Character and the CLDR version table in java.util.spi.LocaleServiceProvider javadocs are getting bigger. Compacting them (only shows the 5 most recent releases, rest are expandable) would be desired.
