Prior to JMC 6, when we create a time limited recording while a continuous recording is
active, we will snap the range to the range of the time limited recording,
even though we may have more data.

This was requested, as the alternative (vast, almost empty part followed by
intense part at the very end of the range) was too confusing. However, since
there is more data available (cropping the available data was deemed too evil
by SE), we should allow the end user to switch the range navigator between
full range and snapped to recording.
