JVM Browser not displayed by default

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Start a clean JMC and open a flight recording.
      2. Close JMC.
      3. Start JMC again.
      ==> The Outline is selected, not the JVM Browser.

      Why is this an issue? JMC looks very empty and ugly. If possible, it would be much better if the JVM Browser was selected initially.

      (This is a concern for the RCP application).
