JFR: The editor should not be a drop target for pages

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Start JMC and open a JFR file.
      2. In the Outline, click and drag a page from the Outline to the editor area.
      ==> The mouse pointer becomes decorated with a plus sign, thus indicating that the page can be dropped here.

      If you release the mouse button at this point, nothing happens.

      The editor should not be a drop target for the page from the Outline.
