See JMC-4280. The comment that the file should not be empty on the File I/O page either is relevant and this should be fixed, just like the rule was fixed. So write "<Unknown File>" instead of "" if the file name is missing in the event.

It can also be questioned if we should aggregate over empty file names. Is it one file, or many files? We don't know...
