The order of the items in the stack trace view toolbar and context menu need to be considered. It could be good if the ordering is consistent between menu and toolbar.

Decide on the order and fix it.

The toolbar is defined in StacktraceView.init() and the context menu in StacktraceView.addOptions() and buildViewer().
