If the first GC begins before the first region listing occurs the G1Page doesn't calculate a delta because it would have to work backwards from the first listing (currently it only works forwards) this is possible to add, but would take about one days work to fix. The probability of this occurring is somewhat low, since it needs to be a GC during the sequence of events dumped at the start of the first chunk.
