Abort generating of a page if the user switches to another

      If the user switches quickly between several pages, from A -> B -> C -> D -> E, it will generate B, C and D for no use, it will only take time.
      For large recordings, egahlin and mgronlun have experienced that it makes JMC very unresponsive.
