We have a test, CS-011, that should verify that JMC uses the current locale formatting when it presents e.g. dates in the Console. This does not seem to work in JMC 6.0.0-663 on Mac.

Steps to reproduce:
1. On your Mac, open System Settings - Language and Region and select some locale that is different in how it formats dates from your normal locale.
2. Open JMC and a Console towards some JDK (I connected to a JDK8, but I doubt that is relevant).
3. Go to the tab System and check e.g. the StartTime of the JVM to see if the date is formatted as it should be according to your selected locale.
