HeapContentRule currently gives a result like this:

Most of the heap was used by only a few classes. If the heap usage needs to be reduced, then this would be a good place to start.

• This is reported as warning. This might be too severe - consider making it an info notice
• We should report the top classes with counts and heap percentages.
• We should inform the user about why this is interesting.
