Can't deselect top level categories when installing plug-ins in JMC

      It does not work to deselect top level categories when installing plug-ins in JMC,
      this seems to be a bug in Eclipse P2: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=533655

      For JMC we have the option to not have two level categories, which would hide this bug.
