License text not displayed when installing JMC plugins

      The license for JMC plugins is not displayed for approval when installing.
      This is the same when installing in Eclipse and in the JMC RCP app.

      This was caused by a bug in Tycho, solved in Tycho 1.1.0.
      I've verified that building with Tycho 1.1.0 solves this problem.
