jmc config file 'jmc.ini' needs to be updated for 

a. update `-vm <path to java>` suitable for jmc custom JDK bundle

b. remove non existing module ref `java.xml.bind,java.xml.ws.annotation` from --add-modules. As current version of JMC i.e 7.0.0 intended to work with JDK 11 (i.e for bundled with JDK 11) and can be overridden by providing custom config file or with -vmargs.
