Remove duplicate MCTestCase class in rjmx.test

      There is a duplicate MCTestCase class file in org.openjdk.jmc.rjmx.test while fixing JMC-6108.

      Required solution : 

      1. Remove MCTestCase from org.openjdk.jmc.rjmx.test.
      2. Export / Define dependency of core test modules in App test module.
