Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the "Coherence Tab Pack" plug-in.
2. Start a Console against "The JVM Running Mission Control".
3. VERIFY that there is no "Coherence" tab group.
4. Start 1 instance of the coherence.jar application with e.g. the following command line:
   java
   -cp coherence-3.6.0.2.jar
   -Dtangosol.coherence.management=all
   -Dtangosol.coherence.ttl=0
   -Dtangosol.coherence.management.jrockit=true
   -Dtangosol.coherence.management.remote=true
   com.tangosol.net.DefaultCacheServer
5. Start a console against the coherence server.
6. Navigate to the "Coherence" tab group.

The "Coherence" tab is completely blank.
