Dynamic Help doesn't appear on Mac by Pressing the Shortcut key.

      On Mac os x by pressing keyboard shortcut of help (command + shift + ? )  help menu appear with many options to choose.While on windows by pressing f1 the dynamic help appears on the right side of the application.
