Triggering an HPROF dump when file already exist should not cause an error

      Today when the HPROF file already exist when the HPROF action is run, we raise an error, which will be displayed in the alert dialog. A better way to deal with this would be to add a timestamp to the file, similarly to what we do for flight recordings.
