Exclude uitest which is not capable of running with JDK 8

      uitest fails for these ControlRecordingsTest, JfrWizardTest, TemplateManagerTest and DiagnosticCommandsTabTest due to flight recorder functionality non exist in OpenJDK8 (which is the boot JDK for compilation).
