jmc7 stable branch only 

`mvn jetty:run` fails to start local server with failure 

Cannot find 'httpConnector' in class org.eclipse.jetty.maven.plugin.JettyWebAppContext

Root Cause : while backporting the changes from jmc (dev) branch, `httpConnector` tag was included in wrong place.
