Set a correct default destination file for Flight Recording in JMC IDE Plugin mode

      Currently, when using the JMC as IDE plugin (vs. RCP mode), and there is no last profiling file stored yet, the computed default is not working. It comes up with a default target file in "user.home", but the IDE plugins require the file to be based in an Eclipse project.

      On Windows, the "Start Flight Recording" dialog comes up with an error message right away, see screenshot.
