Missing Third party readme and license file in jmc bundle

        Include missing COPYRIGHT, LICENSE.txt and THIRDPARYREADME.txt file in jmc product / bundle.

        NOTE: JMC follows the OpenJDK standard for declaring copyright , license and Third party (3rd party copyright and its license type) inside "legal" directory in the root of the product directory. 

         

        JMC-6287 : fixed for providing these files for installer (for windows and mac).
