update Eclipse 4.8 in Prerequisites of update site landing page

      JMC 7.0.0 is planned to publish with Eclipse 4.11 SDK. This requires Update site landing page to be updated with Eclipse 4.11 as Prerequisites (Compared to existing Eclipse 4.8) .
