Bring bundles to core

      There are two bundles that could likely, at least partially, become core bundles. They seem to be used by Red Hat in such a manner already.

      The first is the org.openjdk.jmc.rjmx. Now, this is really an Eclipse plug-in, so it would need to be refactored and possibly split.

      The second one is org.openjdk.jmc.flightrecorder.configuration. Same deal here.

      We'll have to think about what we want to do for the rest. Also, to ensure that these splits are successful, we should work with Sven Reimers (Netbeans) and Red Hat to ensure that they are fit for purpose to be used in both their scenarios.
