The JMC Eclipse ID development setup brings several launch configurations. Some of them are dedicated to test JDK8 configurations and set a few VM options that not every target VM might support, e.g. -XX:+UnlockCommercialFeatures -XX:+FlightRecorder. So we should add -XX:+IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions in the launch configuration as well. This follows a change that was already done to application/org.openjdk.jmc.rcp.product/jmc.product.
