1. JMC detects the running application as 32 bit ,when a Java application is launched from windows Command Admin console using 64bit Java. (Observed in Windows 10 System), Here JMC is run with normal User Privilege

2. Similarly, JMC fails to identify if the boot vm is a 32bit JRE/JDK depending up on which user ( ie Windows OS User / Administrator User) is launching JMC. (This is irrespective of User permission to the boot JDK location,  but not so frequent)
