OPS4J Maven Repo no longer available

      Description

        We've used the OPS4J repo to get the javax.mail:dsn artifact. We should either switch to the com.sun.mail:dsn artifact, or remove it altogether. Since we do not seem to use it, I will remove it altogether. We can add it back later should it be required.
