Outline shows as not available when starting up with open recording

        Steps to reproduce.

        Open JMC (./jmc -consoleLog -debug) and Open a JFR file
        exit JMC gracefully from closing the UI close button
        Re launch the JMC (./jmc -consoleLog)
        Automated Analysis Page of Previously opened JFR remains opened , however the other other pages can't be navigated
