Evaluate and list all the modules required for Custom JLinked JDK 

1. List of module required for JMC to work. 
2. List of modules required for client / application to have ,
   1. which can enable jfr recording by its own (without connected or initiated by JMC) 
   2. If there is any additional modules required either to (1) or to (2.1) to make JMC work with Custom JVM (i.e Jlinked JDK).
