Not all JFRs files with lz4 extension can be opened in JMC

      As per JMC-7070, a compressed JFR file with lz4 extension should be parsed by JMC 8.1.0.

      But JMC fails to  parse many JFRs (attached one such JFR from JDK 7, which has less confidential info)
