The current flamegraph visualization happens in the embedded browser (provided by the Eclipse platform), unfortunately this approach has some drawbacks, the first being a bit slow.

This view can now be replaced by a pure Java based code. In particular the Flamegraph swing component developed by https://github.com/bric3/fireplace
