A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Trying JDK Mission Control on an OS/X jpackage application.

If I select FlightRecorder I get an error that I should use VM arguments including
-XX:+UnlockCommercialFeatures and -XX:+FlightRecorder
For the first the application won't launch. The second doesn't fix.
Also for my application the overview CPU usage and Live Set + Freagmentation show no display and a 'no value yet' caption.
Eclipse, JDK Mission Control, and jshell all appear to work correctly for this, I have been unable to determine what I am missing.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
This should probably be true for any jpackage application

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Selecting FlightRecorder should indicate No Recordings

CPU and Live Set should function
ACTUAL -
Error dialog for VM arguments that do not work.

The Overview CPU and Live Set do not work, the same was true for Thread CPU and CPU settings could not be selected
