There is a pretty useful new event coming soon which will provide details about loaded JPLIS agents. We should ensure that this information is visualized in some appropriate place(s), and perhaps provide an information level insight (or perhaps even warn level) if JPLIS agents have been loaded dynamically. 

In most cases, allowing it is pretty risky, and if someone has utilized dynamic attach and succeeded, we might want to make the user aware of it.
