At the moment JMC is unable to start flightrecorder on a graalvm native image, even if there is built-in jfr support.

FlightRecorderServiceV2 currently handles the HotSpot JVM, but could be augmented to also include checks for Substrate VM. After a handful of short changes it is possible to have JMC control jfr on native images, and this would be nice to add proper support for.
