Shutdown event type id is not properly translated for Oracle JDK 8

      Shutdown event is not displayed on JMC when using JFR file from JDK 8.

      Outline > JVM Internals > 'Shutdown Time' and 'Shutdown Reason'

       

      However, there is an event information at

      Outline > Event Browser > Java Virtual Machine > Runtime > VM Shutdown

       

      In addition, IItemCollection.apply( xxx jdk.Shutdown xxx) also returns nothing.

      For the later versions don't have this issue.
