Improve usability of selectable action items by supporting keyboard and double-click interactions

      It would be nice to make checkbox items on Memory or Garbage Collections page support enter key press for disabling / enabling.

      It would also be nice to support double clicks and enter key press for expanding / collapsing parent items like folders in Event Types Tree and Metadata page.
