Skara bots fail to parse openjfx11.0.12 version

      When jfx11u received its first PR yesterday, the Skara bots started throwing errors caused by the new fixVersion. The current regexp for recognizing such version strings did not expect multiple digits, only the form openjfx8uXXX.
