Sometimes, integrating a PR can be time critical, but the original author is unable to perform the integration within the time window. When this happens today, our only recourse is for someone else to recreate the PR, which involves several manual steps. It would be convenient if we had a delegate command which the original author could use to delegate the ability to integrate to someone else.
