It seems that 90% of my bugs have a summary which taken together with the 8XXXXXX: prefix is longer than some tooling likes.
So my draft PRs end up with the summary as
8274397: [macOS] Stop setting env. var JAVA_MAIN_CLASS_<pid> in launc...
and the description starting with
...her code
github clearly is fine with the longer summary since I can hand edit to fix the problem.
And on top of that, it I make a mistake - as seems to happen with spaces where the bug may say "macos 12" but I edit the PR summary down to "macos12" .. then skara complains about a PR / JBS mismatch.
Because this occurs so often I think it is more than a minor usability annoyance.
