In SKARA-885 we added support for adding a suffix to X-pool fixVersions to make them match fixVersions with the same suffix. e.g. a commit with fixVersion 11.0.3-oracle would match and consume a backport with fixVersion 11-pool-oracle before 11-pool. We would like to extend this to also work with legacy version strings (typically 8u). This would enable us to create a 8-pool-foo version that got consumed by commits with fixVersion 8u331-foo.
