    Description

      The SKARA-1199 will add two poller classes to get the updated issues and pull requests. They are actually extracted from 'CSRIssueBot' and 'CSRPullRequestBot'. So it is good to refactor 'CSRIssueBot' and 'CSRPullRequestBot' by using the newly added poller classes so that the related code can be reused and the redudant code can be removed.
